Page Submission PROCESS

The Contributing Author Page Process

  1. Payment: The author pays for the page through Thrivecart
  2. Instruction Email: The author receives an automated email with the following instructions and a submission link to the “Unedited Drive” (including a 30-day timeframe). https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSceID3K1UGP604vkW3tv6qTSCapXWWptJPJWsSVe0J8Ibgb3g/viewform

  • Full Name only: No honorariums except in the Author Contact Area for consistency
  • No “ALL CAPS” in any portion of the page
  • No special formatting or structures for “added emphasis”
  • No text directed to any form of selling or commercialism
  • Quote: 200-character limit (no exceptions)
  • Thought: Must be between 800-1200 characters
  • Question(s): One or two questions with a total 200-character limit
  • Square Color Author picture (will be in grayscale for printed books)
  • Author Logo for inclusion into a Dynamic QR code

Note: The page is created to project personal thoughts on the Resilience topic.

             In the Author Contact Area: One social media link only; tags to fit with a 50-character limit; 
Page Submission Contribution: Author contributions are DUE 14 Days from the date of payment..

  1. Submission Review: The submitted work is reviewed by the editor within two weeks.
  2. Editing Process:
    • Edits Required: If edits are needed, the edited copy is sent back to the author for approval within three working days (text only, not image formatting).
    • Edits NOT required: The author is notified of the approval.
  3. Post-Approval: Once the editor and author approve, the page is stored in the “Edited Drive.” Any further edits will be charged at the rates below:
    • Post-Approval Content Contact  Edits: $100 minimum charge for all page edits.
    • Post-Approval Author Information Edits: $50 minimum charge for all author information edits.
    • Post-Approval Author image and QR Code Edits: $40 minimum charge for all author image edits.
  4. Author Date Selection: Concurrent with author approval, the author receives a notification email with the  VOL 6 – 2026 Requested Date Form and a Calendar link, https://teamup.com/ks1rqax6skf8p8ii94 with the open dates from which to choose.

Date Reconciliation: Once the author chooses a date, it is reconciled with the public calendar and reserved. 
NOTE: Pages Purchase are non-refundable after 30 days. Page not submitted within 60 days of purchase, will no longer be valid or accepted.
